Founder's Associate

**TL;DR**
Langfuse is looking for a Founder’s Associate (Full‑Time, on‑site in San Francisco or Berlin) to work directly with the three founders—Max, Marc, and Clemens—on both the nuts‑and‑bolts of running the company and on high‑velocity initiatives that unlock our next stage of growth. 
Roughly one‑third of your time will be spent building durable processes (finance, accounting, hiring ops, reporting), while two‑thirds will be devoted to “speedboat” projects such as rolling out a new CRM for sales, launching new billing flows, hiring for and advertising new positions, prepping fundraising materials, and validating new customer segments.

This role is perfect for an ambitious, hands‑on generalist with a technical bent—you’re likely a recent graduate or early in your career—who blends technical fluency (you can use and demo Langfuse) with commercial intuition.

Your Mandate

1) Operational Backbone (One Third)

• Finance & Accounting: Stand up lightweight accounting tools, streamline invoicing, manage monthly closes, and prepare investor reports.
• People Ops: Run the end‑to‑end hiring pipeline, schedule interviews, craft JD’s, and ensure stellar candidate experience.
• Investor Comms: Own reporting, draft updates, and keep our metrics data room ready.

2) Speedboats (Two Thirds)

• CRM: Implement Hubspot; design pipelines, dashboards, and automation.
• Billing & Pricing: Roll out a better billing process for our Enterprise customers, coordinate with engineering, and validate pricing experiments with customers.
• Market Expansion: Lead quick‑and‑dirty tests of new customer segments—cold outreach, pilot design, aggregate feedback & results.
• Fundraising Prep: You help build the narrative, model the numbers, and assemble materials for our next round.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 60-90k EUR or (x 1.4 USD in SF)
• Equity: 0.1% - 0.35%
